The first three phases of my career had me leading development of advertising campaigns & digital experiences for some of the world’s top brands, driving business development for bleeding-edge creative agencies & technology companies, and recruiting top innovators & creators into a wide variety of top organizations.

Since 2017, I have applied my expertise and perspectives as a hybrid coach, career strategist, personal recruiter, and marketing consultant — shepherding job seekers to their ideal point Bs on a one-on-one basis under the monicker theCV.store.

As the world shut down in 2020, I asked myself a question: When everything returns to normal, who do I want to be? It led me to a thought — dedicated steps today create life-changing tomorrows.

To better support this idea, it was time for an evolution. I needed a new name to better map to how I help people…

Enabling them to get clear on their value, who that value is valuable to, and how it’s valuable to those people. Then, providing the tools to test & validate what they want and introducing the brand story, action plan, strategic playbook, and accountability to clear the way.

I also wanted to be in a stronger position to better meet people where they stand while helping clients to build out other areas of their lives. In essence, I needed to get clear.
